Manufacturing We understand that the machining operation & criticalities. We have the state-of-the-art CNC machining centre the best available, which requires extremely closed tolerances with very complex part design on wide range of raw materials.
Inspection, final Assembly & Testing After the components are manufactured, they undergo various inspection, deburring, ultrasonic-cleaning, various inspections & quality norms, after which they are certified for final assembly. The Assembly & Testing are done in clean room on laminar table, which go for final assembly to respective test benches
Design Engineering The development of product starts with design engineering function. our team has a extensive experience in hardware designing on various softwares like UG – CAD CAM, Auto – Cad for detail design prototype machining, System modeling and sample testing as per customer specific needs.
