Temposonic Servicing
Servocontrols India is an Authorised Repair Centre for Temposonic Sensors for South East Asia.
We at Servocontrols do testing, calibration and repair for all series of Temposonic sensors
Level 1 Servicing :
Physical Inspection, Functional Test of sensor and Preparation of a cost Estimate respective Analog/digital output Temposonic sensors. Inspection of interrogation pulse, return sonic pulse amplitude and frequency
Final functionality test/linearity test , set point calibration or Null zone and dead band/zone calibration w.r.t. the respective series/type of Temposonics.
Level II Servicing
Leve 1 + Change of respective connector flange assemblies. Change of personality modules(pucks)/ interconnection boards
Level III Servicing
Level 1 + Change of Application board, interconnection board, Wandler boards. Testing of Respective magnets w.r.t Temposonics wave guide /sensing element for their proper functioning.
Special servicing charges will be charged for AOM, AK288, EB288, MK292 or any Temposonic Germany/Japan/USA made electronic boxes or interfaces and Intrisically safe Temposonics & respective electronics.We will be providing the Intial Inspection Report, Final Test Report. We will set customized null condition,Zero and span set points as per customer requirements.
